our process

In order to provide the best service, we complete an assessment on all new clients. This is to determine best fit and appropriateness of therapeutic recreation interventions.

Here is what the process looks like:

  1. New Client Intake - new clients complete the questionnaire giving our team an idea of what your current recreational needs are and the existing barriers. 
  2. Team Contact - a member of our team will reach out to coordinate a time for an assessment.
  3. Recreation Assessment - our team will conduct the assessment to get a better understanding of client needs, barriers, opportunities, and strengths. 
  4. Online Booking - once the assessment is complete, you can book appointments online through our client portal.
